Online Fine Line Tattoo Course
Terms & Conditions (Non-Refundable)
1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in the Tinytats Online Fine Line Tattoo Course, you (“the Student”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Course materials.
2. Course Access

Course access is granted only to the enrolled Student.

Sharing, selling, or distributing login credentials or course content is strictly prohibited.

Course materials remain the intellectual property of the Course Provider.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, change of mind, schedule conflicts, or lack of participation.

Once payment is submitted, your enrollment is considered final.

Chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted and may result in removal from the Course and legal action to recover funds.
If the Course Provider cancels the course for any reason, alternative access or rescheduling will be offered, but monetary refunds will not be issued unless required by law.
4. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All videos, tutorials, designs, downloads, worksheets, and training materials are protected under copyright law.

Students may not record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content.

Materials are for personal education only and may not be used for commercial training or resold.
5. Tattoo-Related Disclaimer

This Course is for educational purposes and does not serve as a substitute for formal tattoo licensing applicable in your region.

Students are responsible for complying with local health, safety, and licensing regulations before tattooing clients.

The Course Provider is not liable for any injury, damage, or legal issues resulting from the application of techniques taught.
6. Participation & Requirements
Students are responsible for:

Having a stable internet connection and compatible device.
-
Participating in lessons, assignments, and practice as required.
-
Asking questions and seeking support when needed.
The Course Provider is not responsible for technical issues on the Student’s side.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Tattooing is a skilled craft requiring practice, experience, and proper mentorship. The Course Provider does not guarantee professional outcomes, job placement, or skill level advancement.
8. Code of Conduct
Students must:

Communicate respectfully within course communities or live sessions.

Avoid abusive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior.
Violation of this code may result in removal from the course without refund.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality

Student information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Students may not share private course discussions, screenshots, or the personal information of other students.
10. Course Modifications
The Course Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or replace course content, schedules, or access durations as needed to maintain quality.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the provider’s location, unless otherwise required by the Student’s jurisdiction.
12. Acceptance
By completing your purchase and accessing the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the Non-Refundable Policy.
In person training
Tinytats In-Person Fine Line Tattoo Training
Terms & Conditions (Non-Refundable)
1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in the In-Person Fine Line Tattoo Training, you (“the Student”) agree to all Terms & Conditions stated below. Enrollment and attendance indicate full acceptance of this agreement.
2. Enrollment & Booking

Training spots are limited and secured only after full payment (or required deposit).

Students must provide accurate contact information for scheduling and communication.
-
The Training Provider reserves the right to deny enrollment to anyone at their discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments, including deposits and full tuition, are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
By booking your in-person training, you acknowledge that:

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, rescheduling conflicts, travel issues, personal circumstances, illness, emergencies, or change of mind.

Failure to attend the scheduled training for any reason results in forfeiture of all payments.

Payments cannot be transferred to another course unless approved by the Training Provider.

Chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted and may result in legal action to recover funds and associated fees.
If the Training Provider must reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered. Refunds will not be issued unless legally required.
4. Training Content & Intellectual Property

All techniques, demonstrations, handouts, and educational materials are the intellectual property of Tinytats.

Recording video, audio, or taking photos during training is prohibited unless specifically permitted.
-
Materials may not be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial teaching.
5. Health, Safety & Licensing Disclaimer
-
This training does not replace official tattoo licensing, or health department approvals required in your region.
-
Students are responsible for meeting all local regulations, obtaining proper licensing, and ensuring compliant workspace conditions before tattooing any clients.
-
Tattooing carries inherent risks. The Training Provider is not liable for injury, infection, equipment misuse, or damages resulting from Student actions.
6. Student Responsibilities
Students must:

Arrive on time and prepared for all training days.
-
Follow all hygiene, safety, and operational protocols taught during the training.
-
Bring required tools/equipment unless provided by the Training Provider.
-
Notify the Training Provider promptly of any concerns or questions.
Failure to comply may result in dismissal from the training without refund.
7. Code of Conduct
Professional behavior is required at all times. This includes:

Respect toward the trainer, staff, models, and other students.
-
No disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.
-
No substance use before or during training.
Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
8. Models & Practical Work
-
Students may be required to provide their own models depending on training structure.
-
The Training Provider is not responsible for model cancellations or no-shows.
-
All tattoo procedures performed during training are at the Student’s own responsibility and risk.
9. Liability Waiver
By attending the training, the Student releases the Training Provider from:

Liability for injury, accidents, allergic reactions, or medical issues.
-
Liability for property loss or damage.
-
Claims related to results of tattooing performed during or after training.
Students participate at their own risk.
10. Photography & Media Release
The Training Provider may take photos or videos for promotional purposes.
Students agree to the use of these images unless a written objection is submitted prior to the start of training.
11. Rescheduling

Students cannot reschedule without forfeiting their payment unless the Training Provider explicitly offers a new date.

If the Training Provider initiates a reschedule, Students may choose from the offered alternative dates.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Tinytats location, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

By paying the deposit or full amount, and by attending the training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions, including the Non-Refundable Policy.
